How to Use a TorqueBall Correctly
Starting the Motion
Most TorqueBall Ratings require a small initial movement to activate the internal rotation. This can be done by rotating the wrist gently until resistance is felt.
Developing Control
Once spinning, move the wrist in smooth circles. The goal is consistency rather than speed.
Grip Pressure
Hold the ball firmly enough to control it but not so tightly that the hand becomes tense. Relaxed strength is more effective.
Body Position
Keep the elbow close to the body and the wrist aligned naturally. Avoid extreme angles.
Training Duration and Frequency
Because TorqueBall Advantages training is intense but low-impact, short sessions are effective:
- Beginners: 1–2 minutes per hand
- Intermediate users: 3–4 minutes per hand
- Advanced users: Multiple sets with rest
Daily use is possible, but rest days help prevent overuse.
