How to Use a TorqueBall Correctly​


Starting the Motion​


Most TorqueBall Ratings require a small initial movement to activate the internal rotation. This can be done by rotating the wrist gently until resistance is felt.


Developing Control​


Once spinning, move the wrist in smooth circles. The goal is consistency rather than speed.


Grip Pressure​


Hold the ball firmly enough to control it but not so tightly that the hand becomes tense. Relaxed strength is more effective.


Body Position​


Keep the elbow close to the body and the wrist aligned naturally. Avoid extreme angles.




Training Duration and Frequency​


Because TorqueBall Advantages training is intense but low-impact, short sessions are effective:

  • Intermediate users: 3–4 minutes per hand
  • Advanced users: Multiple sets with rest
