What works best for adult campaigns these days?

I’ve been trying to figure this out for a while, and honestly, running adult campaigns feels like a totally different game compared to regular ads. You’d think basic strategies would work the same, but that hasn’t really been my experience.

The biggest issue I ran into was just getting consistent results. Some campaigns would randomly perform okay, then suddenly drop off without any clear reason. Plus, a lot of mainstream platforms either restrict or completely block this kind of content, which makes testing different ideas kind of frustrating.

When I started digging deeper into Adult Campaigns, I realized the problem wasn’t just my creatives or targeting. It was also where I was running them. Not all ad networks treat adult traffic the same, and some are just way better suited for it. That was something I wish I understood earlier.

I tried a mix of things after that. Simple banner ads worked okay, but they needed constant tweaking. Native-style ads actually surprised me a bit since they blended in better and didn’t feel too aggressive. What didn’t really work for me was overcomplicating the campaigns. The more I tried to “optimize everything,” the worse the results got.

One thing I did notice is that testing small changes over time worked better than making big sudden shifts. Like changing one element at a time helped me understand what was actually making a difference. Also, focusing on a specific niche instead of going too broad made things a bit more stable.

I’m still learning, but it feels like the key is using the right platforms, keeping things simple, and being patient with testing. Curious how others here are approaching it, because it definitely doesn’t feel like there’s a one size fits all answer.
