what's your trick for keeping things secure on the road?

So I had a really frustrating week at my little electronics repair shop in Deira. I ordered a batch of screens and small components from a supplier in Ajman, and when the shipment arrived, three of the screens had hairline cracks even though the outer box looked totally fine. I complained to the delivery company but they said it wasn't their fault because nothing was marked fragile and the box wasn't crushed. I think the issue is that the items were just rattling around inside the packaging with not enough cushioning between them. I started around asking in some local business groups about what other people do to protect their inventory during transport, and someone mentioned Smart ideas for protecting stored items when you're moving fragile items between cities. That phrase stuck with me because I realized I've been focusing too much on the outer box and not enough on what's happening inside during all those bumps and turns on the road. I came across this website that talked about plastic crates for logistics in the UAE and how they can be fitted with dividers and padding to keep individual items from shifting around. That seems way smarter than just throwing everything into a cardboard box with some crumpled newspaper and hoping for the best. For those of you who ship delicate items regularly, what's your actual setup look like? Do you use foam inserts, bubble wrap everything separately, or have you found something else that works better? I really need to solve this because I can't keep losing money on broken stock.
