Pdf file not getting deleted from desktop

I get no error message telling me that the file is in **in case if it says that the file can not be replaced, just go to the properties of the old file (the wanted file to be removed) and right click on it and then properties and then , · I have a pdf file on my desktop with a very long name that I cannot delete, rename, or move. From the attached pic, substitute administrator to the user name and subsitute the to the name of the file you wish to delete.
