I recently bought a used SUV with about 170,000 km on it. It's in good shape overall, but I want to make sure I do everything right to keep it reliable for years to come, especially with our hot weather and stop and go traffic here. I've been reading up on long-term vehicle performance insights for high mileage cars. I know things like the cooling system, transmission fluid, and suspension bushings need extra attention at this stage. I'm planning to find a good garage in Sharjah that specializes in older vehicles. For those of you who have successfully kept cars running past 200,000 or 300,000 km, what are the most important things you've done? Are there specific parts or systems I should be extra vigilant about? I'd love to learn from your experience.
