Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and organized Production Manager to oversee the entire production process from design handover to final delivery. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating workflows, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production tasks based on project deadlines and workload
- Coordinate with design, 3D modeling, laser cutting, and finishing departments to ensure seamless operations
- Manage raw material inventory and work closely with procurement to avoid delays
- Lead and supervise production staff including model makers, assemblers, and finishers
- Monitor production progress and address any workflow bottlenecks or issues
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and production guidelines
- Maintain communication with management and provide updates on project status
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production management, preferred in model making, manufacturing, or design-based industries
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
