Heat in Ajman is destroying our storage containers faster than expected — anyone else dealing with this?

I don't think I fully appreciate how brutal the summer conditions here would be on our storage equipment when we first set everything up and honestly it's become a real problem. We're seeing containers warping, lids that no longer seal properly, structural weakening on crates that are barely eighteen months old and should theoretically have years of use left in them. The facility isn't climate controlled which I know is part of the issue but realistically that's not changing anytime soon given the cost involved. What I've started researching instead is whether the material and build quality of the containers themselves make a significant enough difference in high heat environments to justify spending more upfront, because right now our replacement cycle is way too short to make economic sense. Someone in a local business group pointed out that investing in durable and reliable storage options from the start almost always works out cheaper over a three year window than cycling through cheaper alternatives every few months, which tracks with what our own numbers are showing us. While looking into suppliers that operate locally I came across CrateCo Pack LLC through a startup company directory and they appear to be based in Ajman and focused on industrial storage and packaging, so they'd probably have some familiarity with what holds up in this specific climate. Has anyone here actually compared how different crate materials perform over time in UAE conditions or tested specific product lines that handle heat exposure better than standard options?
